oh, suddenly we're all writing in our blog! Very exciting! I think I want to write something too...
Soo.. Tani: "last Saturday of the first sem" ... are you done with the semester already? Oh, that's so nice! Maybe I should have gone to England instead! (hmm..)
And, (referring back to that unanswered email) yeah, immortality still bugs me, but not in the same way. I think I do have friends who are immortal to me, and I hope me to them ('them' including all of you!) Anyway... I haven't told stuff about Mudd yet?? Really? .. Hehe.. maybe... well, Margie told everything well enough already :) I think I don't change that much -more outgoing or anything- but I feel that I fit in here. Back in ISM, sometimes things can get a bit bitter -- the things I appreciate isn't really appreciated by most other people, vice versa.
(Hmm.. being rather vague here, but, as an example... everybody appreciates science and get very excited over it. We talk about hw, and actually enjoy doing it. Oh, and everybody knows the hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy and the number 42! 42 is the answer!)
Oh, one rather significant change: I think I never liked humanities/social studies much before. I enjoy them now :) Sometimes I get kind of sick with science; doing econ homework or talking with people outside Mudd is a diversion. It's relaxing.
Well, so basically life at Mudd is becoming more hectic everyday. (But still fun) Lots of work to do but the people are super. I took a test for a math competition today, called the Putnam Mathematical Competition. yay! It's 6 hour long (what a great way to waste your beautiful saturday morning! well, and afternoon also) from 8 to 11 and from 1 to 4. THere were 2 parts, 3 hour long each. each part has 6 questions; each question is 10 points if you get it all right. The hard part is, well, the question. (what am I talking about?? I'm losing my language skills!) The questions are mostly proving stuff. I did 7 questions. got 1 question completely wrong; the other 6 are potentially wrong or messed up (but let's pretend I did well on it!)
Adhira: Hehe.. I know! I figured out that if I'm online, I wouldn't be doing work. Soo... But, yeah. I really should be online once in a while. I haven't talked to you for a loooooooong time!! And to Tani! And to Gracie! (Not you, Margie!). Hehe.. yeah, dorm food is becoming more and more .. boring. Food was actually okay in the beginning of the year. I guess I'm just bored now. Doesn't taste like real food anymore.
By the way, UK people! I'm just wondering... do you guys cook? Or do you go to the campus cafetaria/dining hall? Or do you eat out? or pubs?
Grace: I haven't heard from you for a long while! How are you doing? Post something soon!
Margie: (Why am I writing to you, Margie!) :D So, tell me about 'it', or 'him', or the braces, or whatever it was ;) Real conversation, I mean... Are you planning to leave 'the singles club' in the near future?
